SMT6 Piggy-Back Engine Management System

   
  Please Note that the SMT6 unit has been discontinued. For more information please contact us. The SMT6 was designed to allows you to tune most engines. Signals are modified on tuning maps set up within the unit using the SMT6 Windows Tuning Software. Installation and tuning is fairly simple, although some knowledge about engine electronics and tuning is advisable. Once installed the engine can be re-tuned by anyone with a PC or laptop, SMT6 Communications Cable and the Windows Tuning Software.

  The SMT8_X Piggy-Back unit can be used with any vehicle type. They are optimized for 6-8 cylinder engines, but can be applied to 4 cylinder as well. The unit is designed for Fuel Economy Tuning.

  SMT8_C

SMT8-C Piggy-Back Engine Management System

   
  The SMT8_C is the sister version of the SMT8, but optimized for double CAM control. The unit has one crank and four CAM circuits and is the same size as the SMT8. Due to limited space some AFR functionality of the SMT8 was replaced with CAM control. The unit can be applied to 4, 6 and 8 cylinder cars. This is a double VANOS control unit to tune two exhaust and two inlet CAM's independently.
